Tom Moulton Paving & Construction Inc. was established in 1987 by founder Tom Moulton.  Throughout our years in business, our major goal here at Tom Moulton Paving has been to offer the highest quality services in the industry.  Providing such a high quality of service requires us to have much higher expectations of ourselves throughout the entire process, starting with the estimating, which done by one of the two owners, Keith Moulton and Tom Pinette.  Keith and Tom have gained a vast understanding of the entire paving process from start to finish. During the estimation process it is important to go over the expectations the customer has, and to be sure that we have an accurate understanding of these needs. While one of the two owners are the ones that do the estimating, Moulton Paving also always has one owner on site at all times to ensure that the quality of work is up to expectations of both our company and the customer.  Having an owner on site at all times also provides the opportunity to make changes, as well as answer any questions that the customer may have about the project as it is being completed.  We do not require any payments until we are sure that the customer is 100% satisfied with the project. We believe that while each paving job is different, every customer has the same outcome in mind, and that is a quality finished product.  We strive to ensure that every project, whether it be a large scale parking lot or a small patch in a walkway, is done with the same outcome in mind; a quality finished product that we can stand behind 100% of the time.
